Availability If I don't momentarily have an item in stock, I am usually able to get it from my suppliers within days. However, it is always possible that there are sudden shortages at my suppliers for a given model, size or color. PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST BY EMAILING ME TO MAKE SURE YOUR FAVORITE ITEM IS AVAILABLE!
Warranty My small business relies on satisfied customers to be successful. I therefore give you a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed - Money-Back Warranty. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me first so I can do my best to rectify the situation. This could be from a replacement / exchange to a full refund (sorry but I cannot refund shipping costs). This Warranty covers a period of 30 days. Most of the products I sell are also covered by the manufacturers warranty. See item's own description for all details.

All funds will have to clear in my account before any shipment is made. This is usually immediate with PayPal & Credit Cards, but money orders & cashier's checks will first have to be received via mail then cashed-in - this could take from a few days to more than a week and is out of my control. Use Priority Mail to send the Money Order or Cashier Checks. If you want to get the item(s) faster, think of using PayPal - it is one of the most efficient & secure way to make a payment.

Shipping, Handling & Delivery

> Shipping:
* Orders from USA and CANADA : You can view the S&H cost in your Shopping Cart when you have added items. I usually ship USPS First Class Mail or Canada Post Regular Parcel, unless you specifically request another service, in which case you will have to email me first so I can give you the exact S&H cost. If First Class or Regular Parcel are not available for your destination because of size / weight of your purchased items, I will choose the cheapest service available unless you request otherwise.
* International Orders (outside USA & Canada): see section below.
* Please have your PayPal address "Confirmed" so you and I can benefit from PayPal's transaction protection.

> Packaging: I will take the utmost care in packaging your item(s), for both protection and optimal package size (so that I can offer the best possible shipping costs without compromizing its protection against damage).
The stated S&H cost already includes a small packaging & handling charge to cover the cost of the packaging materials & labor to package the items carefully.

> Insurance: depending on your choice of shipping service, insurance is either already included in the stated charge, or it is optional (some services might not offer optional insurance). If optional, you should decide for yourself whether the value of your item(s) warrants additional insurance; however, for any purchase of relative value, I strongly recomment that you take the optional insurance so that your shipment is covered against damage or loss by the carrier.

> Delivery: in order to offer very competitive prices and therefore optimize the time spent on packaging & shipping, all items are shipped either on Tuesdays or on Fridays. Payment has to have cleared in my account by the previous business day at latest. If you choose a shipping service offering tracking feature, you will automatically receive a tracking number once the item has been taken over by the carrier.
PLEASE NOTE: Once I have delivered the packaged item(s) to the carrier, I have no control over the delivery time from the carrier to you. The delivery times mentioned for the various services are given by the carrier (Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, ...) and are their responsibility. Please take this into account when rating my Shipping Time. If you have any issue or are having a delay in receiving your shipment, please track your shipment first if you have a tracking number, then contact me if you still have issues or questions.

Taxes & Duties: As the Buyer, you are solely responsible to pay any custom's taxes and duties that may be charged by your country to import the item(s). All items' value will be declared as the purchase price.

Returns & Refunds If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me first so I can issue you a Return Item Number (RIN). Once you have this number, you will have to ship the unused item(s) back to me in its original packaging (at your cost & including proper insurance coverage). Once I receive the item in original condition, we will promptly issue you a refund.
